What does AI at work do to the people who use it every day? We built Custodian to answer it with measurements, not with surveillance.
Why we started
Organisations roll out AI assistants faster than they can see the effect on their people. Surveys arrive late and describe averages. Monitoring tools describe individuals, which nobody should accept.
Custodian takes a third route. It reads the conversations that people already have with AI assistants, removes who said what, and gives each person a mirror of their own trends. The organisation gets group figures it can act on, and nothing that points at a person.

Privacy first
De-identified before storage. Figures for HR only over five or more people. Export and erasure built in for every participant.
